Transpose the song down 2 half steps (can do this on top of the tab) Put Capo on 2nd Fret and play those chords if you want to play it a little easier. With Capo on 2nd, i play the D/B with index finger on 1st fret B string and ring/pinky finger on 3rd fret low E string.

It's easy enouhg without transposing it. The Bm to the D/B is just lifting a finger off. The Bm to the D can be accomplished just by lifting two fingers and some muting to only play the bottom 3 strings and it sounds fine. If Barre chords in general are the problem that's understandable, I didn't get them down good until a few months ago, it just takes nightly practice.

I've found a really nice way to play this, that I haven't seen posted here. But this was the closest one. Like /u/sheroman said, transpose down two and capo on 2, and you use these chords for the verse. EADGBe capo 2 Am. C/E [starting on the low E: 032010, and leave the low E open] Dm [I play it like this, from low E 1X0230, just a different way to play it that keeps the high e open] G [320030] Then: [Am] Leave the [C] silver city ... gave us black [F] dreams. And on like that. Give my version a try and please lmk what you think!! Thanks!
