The very end of the tab should say that the last "with you eventually" ends with a A chord like usual and then on to the Bm instead of just the Bm and it should read the same chords as the other "do dos" but for somereason doesnt , anyway have fun : )

dont they play with a capo on the 2nd fret

Also the Em and f#m in the chorus only is played 7th fret em 9th fret f#m ; )
