This is excellent - it fits the song perfectly

My only suggestion/correction is for the very last line ("I don't know if I know love no more"), the progression changes to A-G-F. Otherwise, it's spot on.
Also, the "C/A" chord is just an Am7. Same chord, less confusing name.
