tune guitar down (bE,bA,bD,bG,bB,be) then use this chords: Em7(0x545x) Bm7(7x777x) for Part 1 and C7(x3545x), Am7(5x555x), Bm7(7x777x), em7(x7978x), Am7(5x555x), D(x5757x), G7(3x343x) for Part 2... Solo stayes the same (normal tuning)

The 2nd chord of the chorus should most definitely be an Abm6.
