Verse 1 through the first chorus is the riff again but the first note of each bar is emphasized
while the rest are quiet during the verse.
 
 
Post-chorus seems to be a little octave line that plays over the main riff and sounds something like this.

The bridge starts where everything but the octave line drops out for four bars before the riff comes back in.
 
 
Chorus 4 has the main riff and the octave line in it but the whole chorus section is repeated twice.
 
 
Outro is where everything drops out except for the riff for four bars before the octave line comes back in
until the song ends.
