Not bad! I don't have this album anymore, but remember the song well enough to follow with this tab. I found the Dm to sound better, with easier transition, as a D* (in C form x054030). Where you just slide up, hit the D once and go back down to a regular open C. |1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . 4 . . . |. 1 . . 2 . . . 3 . . . 4 . . | [C]There's a solitary man crying [->D*] . hold [

(Oops! Don't but a greater-than character in your comments) |1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . 4 . . . |. 1 . . 2 . . . 3 . . . 4 . . | [C]There's a solitary man crying [->D*] . hold [->C]me. (The last C is supposed to be a slide down) Seemed to work pretty well. I also have no idea what actual chords this guy meant for C/E and G/D. But a transition of F* - C* - D* - G** (* 1 strum each, ** 2 strums) works well enough. He also has an extra Dm - C progression on the last pass of each verse, which I don't remember. Staying on C before the F in the chorus seems to sound better, but he may be right. Note: I played around with it on all open chords and the Clash probably uses barres. I'm also just screwing around and not looking to go on stage with this or anything. So, if you're looking for exact Clash tabs, ignore my comments.

I'm doing this song acoustic and the open chords sound perfect! but yeah the only problem is the extra Dm and I think anyone playing it could figure out that it doesnt belong
