Put a Capo on 1st fret and play these chords so that it's in the same tone to that as the recording

I feel like it's in between E and F also. Not in a traditional tuning but a quarter step in between those two notes because Anton is a jerk like that.

yeah, like mentioned before, he has it tuned to 432hz, not 440hz. makes it a bit more gentle on the ears.
