I listened to the song several times, and it appears that the chord progression in the chorus goes like D, E, C#m, F#m on the first and third lines, D, E, F#m on the second and fourth lines, and the fifth line is the same as what it shoes here. The bridge essentially follows the same pattern. I recreated it in my personal tabs link (my tabs) and tried to submit it.
