This is how they have there guitar tuned (strings are a bit looser). You could do
it with standard tuning just move everything up two frets
 
This is how they do it live. This should be pretty accurate but let me know of
anything to make it better!!

This is great, but I'm confused. On the tuning you say its D tuning, but on the tab the strings are still tuned to E.
