I have'nt played it yet but i can figure out it in my mind that its ok.

Good tab, but try not to mix up your chord spellings. The song is in Cm (c d eb f g ab bb) so that G#maj7 should be spelled Abmaj7, A# should be Bb, Fm7/G# should be Fm7/Ab (the minor 3rd of Fm is in the bass). Of course, there is some modulation. I would write it Db Dbmaj/c Bbm7 Bbm7/Ab (the Bbm acts as a minor 5th chord that resolves to the Eb). A general rule is if you can write a chord within the song's key, you should. Hope that's helpful! Basstrox: your voicing is missing the b7 note (G). Try x6758x (or xx1213 - little easier or easier still play with capo on 1: Eb to Am7b5/Eb would be xx0232 xx0102) or if you're playing in a band the bassist will cover the Eb on the bottom so the you can play any voicing: xx7888 for example).
