I'm pretty sure these are the correct root notes, though the chords he plays may be slightly
different.
I try to stay away from the notes on the bottom three strings for the minor 7th chords.

Tune your guitar down a half step to Eb, then transpose everything all the chords up a half step. Works great.

These chords are pretty accurate, nice job! On a small side note, I like to play the F#m7 as F#m7-b5. (Or Am/F# if you will)
