Just to let everyone know in the "trick or treat" part it's Dm,Am,C,G... try it, I'm 100% sure that's how it goes...

Thanks for the contribution! :)
However, the "trick or treat" chords are actually the following:
Bridge:
Dm - Am - C - G (x2)
Dm - Am - E
Also, if you want to play as Stephen does, the "F" during the verses should also be substituted for F major 7 which is in fact x03210 (x being the Low E string, and the opposite being the High E string). In reality though, it doesn't actually make much difference!
