Top notch! My only question is that D6 after the Bm7. I don't hear that 6th. Could you tell me from what instrument/melody that 6th comes from? I just hear it as a regular D triad. Thanks for the tab anyway, it's great.

Thank you for this. But for the C/F over the Verse 1 lyric: "Wherever you are," I'd suggest calling it an Fmaj7add9. The A in Fmaj chord sounds more right to my ear. On Piano, I play, from low to high: LH, F, RH, E,G,A,C. And I agree with fbgb on the 9th chords, particularly on E7, Bm7, and Am7.
