This is the first online tab I've seen to a great Social D song that is has been featured live on
their most recent tour. You can check out the song online on lots of different websites.
Great SxDx song!
Tuning: EADGBE (CAPO ON 1st Fret) They usually tune down a 1/2 step and capo the 2nd
Either works. Most of their stuff uses a Capo and instead of tuning up, I think he gets
the volute on the early 70's Les Pauls by using the Capo. Just a thought.
I'll add the solo later.
This should get you pretty close.

Bakersfield – Social Distortion
How to play

He uses the alternate tunes and capos because his cut his index finger playing with a knife when he was 17 and has minimal use of that finger on his left hand. He calls it his way of working through his “handicapped” hand.

I think it's pretty close mate....thank you for the tab

Mike uses half step down tuning and usually slap a capo on the second fret!
