but with a bass cuz of the heavy sound....DUH

ok just to clarify this all... yes Paul uses a 4 string (usually a Warwick Thumb) his tunings are C#F#BE, AF#BE, and the most used, BF#BE E |-2------------| B |-----0--------| F#|---3------(0)-| B |-------0=-----| the open F# is a ghost note and is not always audiable

look u have ur way i have my way....and to me this sounds good on a 4 string i have at home and its tuned e,a,d,g.....and if ur right paul grey plays a 4 string then play the open note on the B string on a E string....or to A..
