Nice work. I added an F#7 after the C#m at "end of the world", and added an E after the Dm at "love me any more" and continue this pattern where appropriate in the second verse. I also added an F#7 at the second "can't understand" and an E after the Dm at "does" in the bridge. If you listen to the song, my modifications seem to match what's being played.

The last verse is a semitone up, transition through F# and the ending is the intro chords, also a semitone up and finish on B.
