Chords that get played sometimes (C and D) - They're a bit tricky to pull of because of the drop d tuning:

There are some parts that seem to be just loosely hitting open D or something similar. Also, there are some
minor variations on the rhythm of the picking, but they are easier to learn by listening than trying to write
them all out.
