The Unthinking Majority
This is my first tab and it was done by ear so I'd say it's accurate for a first time
(The intro and tuning are right though the harmonics in EADGBE would be on the 5th fret
the B string which is pretty difficult to play a tap harmonic on for the intro)

I think it's in Drop C since some of the songs on Elect the Dead are definately in Drop C, like Beethoven's C***, and I never seen his band's guitarist switch tunings during live concerts. Anyhow, I think this way is easier to play, and more convienient when playing other Elect the Dead songs or early System songs.
