The Bm11-Bm7-Bm11 G6/D is done quickly. Pause at G, and then play D6sus2. Let the D6sus2 ring.
The change from Bm11 to Bm7 is done by hammering on the 4th string, 4th fret.
Quickly pull off the 4th string to go back to Bm11.
As you transition from the Bm11 to the G, simply play the bottom four strings open for the G6/D.
On the D6sus2, use vibrato on the 3rd string.
A little reverb and grit, and you some beautiful music

I think the chorus is this, based on a cover on youtube:
Em7 Em/F# G Asus4 Em7
As the autumn leaves begin to fall and grey
Em/F# G Asus Em7
Walking down the street I watched you walk
Gadd9 (3x0200)
away, to be with him, Kim, etc
This might look complicated and weird but really you can do an Em7 then just pick the bass notes out as you appegiate:
E F# G A Em7,
F# G A B
Gadd9
chords:
Em7/F# (2x0200)
Gadd9 (3x0200)

Yes, it should be F#m instead of Fm. Thanks!

Shouldn't the Fm chord be an F#m chord instead?
It sounds more like the recording when using the F#m during the bridge/chorus.
