Capo 3, chords relative to capo
G: 320003
C: x32010
Cadd9: x32030
D*: x54030 (like a C, but slide up 2 frets = Dadd4add9)
The same chords and pattern just repeat for the entire song.
At the C D* C G just strum each one once then keep going on the G.

Since it's slid down (closer to the guitar) two frets, the C actually becomes a D chord
+1

I'm trying to do a cover on my ukelele (lame, i know) and i was wondering to how you do the thing where you slide your chord hand. It sounds really cool but I can't quite figure it out. By how many steps do you change it? Is it possible to do on ukelele? How many frets do you move?
Of course, you don't have to answer any of these questions if you haven't got the time or don't want to but it sure would help me out! Thanks!

"C' is just a C chord moved down two frets"
Does this mean it's a Bb?
