[Intro]
Gmaj7 Bm Em D/F#
[Verse]
Gmaj7
It's easy to lose it, easy to lose it all
Bm
You can't always choose it
Bm Em D/F#
I had a couple of wins, I had a couple of falls
Gmaj7
And I paint my pain away with everything I've got
Bm
No shame in yesterday
Em D/F# Gmaj7
No time to really stop
Bm
No time to really stop
[Pre-Chorus]
Em D/F# Gmaj7
And I wonder if you'd stay
Bm
Through the crashing of the tides
Em D/F# Gmaj7
But I guess it's all okay
Dmaj7
Oh no, really, yeah it's fine
[Chorus]
Em D/F# Gmaj7
And I'll never hold you back (Ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Bm
But I'll probably let you down, down (Ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Em D/F# Gmaj7
But I'll always wish you well (Ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Dmaj7
Love it when you are around (Ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Em D/F#
Far cry
[Verse]
Gmaj7
I try to taste it, the flavor of everything
Bm
Try not to waste it
Em D/F#
So come and sit down with me and bring what you bring
Gmaj7
'Cause I'll paint your pain away with everything I've got
Bm
No shame in yesterday
Em D/F# Gmaj7
No time to really stop
Bm
No time to really stop (Oh oh oh oh)
[Pre-Chorus]
Em D/F# Gmaj7
And I wonder if you'd stay
Bm
Through the crashing of the tides
Em D/F# Gmaj7
But I guess it's all okay

Oh no, really, yeah it's fine
[Chorus]
Em D/F# Gmaj7

For the Em D/F# changes in the chorus, I found the most accurate sound to be 0xxxx2p0(Em) to 2xxxx2p0(D/F#), pulling off the highest note (you can hear this 2p0 pull off if you listen closely)
There might be an extra note in there, but I'm not the greatest at this.
I also play this progression on each line of the chorus, not just the first and third lines.
For the Em D/F# progression in the verse, I play 0xxxxx and xx2xxx (Em) and then 2xxxxx and xx0xxx (D/F#)
+1

That Dm just isn’t sounding on key to me...any other ideas of what it could be?
