MR
I just want to celebrate another day of livin'
MR
I just want to celebrate another day of life
D G-D
I put my faith in the people
D G-D
But the people let me down
     E
So I turned the other way
       C D
And I carry on, anyhow

That's why I'm telling you

I just want to celebrate, yeah, yeah
I just want to celebrate, yeah, yeah
                     G-D
Another day of living,
MR
I just want to celebrate another day of life

D G-D
Had my hand on the dollar bill
D G-D
And the dollar bill blew away
         E C
But the sun is shining down on me
	         D
And it's here to stay

That's why I'm telling you

I just want to celebrate, yeah, yeah
			  G-D
Another day of living, yeah

MR
I just want to celebrate another day of living
MR G-D G-D G-D G-D
I just want to celebrate another day of life

Don't let it all get you down, oh no
Don't let it turn you around and around
And around and around

short solo

Do this again with main riff and chords as before...

Well, I can't be bothered with sorrow
And I can't be bothered with hate, no, no
I'm using up my time by feeling fine, every day
That's why I'm telling you I just want to celebrate
Aw, yeah
I just want to celebrate yeah yeah
Another day of living, yeah yeah
I just want to celebrate another day of livin', yeah
I just want to celebrate another day of life

Don't let it all get you down, no, no
Don't let it turn you around and around,
And around and around, and around
Around round round
'round and around round round round
don't go 'round

drums alone, then with vocals, bass and congas

I just want to celebrate
I just want to celebrate
I just want to celebrate
I just want to celebrate

etc.

fade out

Could it be an F and not an E for the intro and riff?

This is a piece of junk....the MR is good, though, it's too high by a full octave. The chords in the piece are clearly sevenths, the author didn't take the time to note them or listen for them; nor are the G and D sequence after the MR correct. The G is close; it should be a G7. I repost when I finish figuring it out. A brief effort at playing along with the song using this tab would have shown it to be worthless.

It's G7 not G!
