This is not a complete tab, just my own 2 cents on top of the other versions found here on UG.
 
For the tuning, first go 1/2 step down on all strings, but then an additional full step on the high E string,
which gives you: C# A# F# C# G# D#. This gives you the song's characteristic chord variations.
 
String and chord names used here are left in standard tuning, for easier reading, but you get the idea.
