1st chord looks like Bb(b5). On 4th line of verses maybe a Dbm6 sounds better.

Splendid job! As far as the first chord being a b5, I have to respectfully disagree with the other post. I hear both a F and e natural on the recording, and it sets up the next tension chord beautifully.
