Silex has the correct chord structure. Those chords are the same exact ones used in "The Sound of Muzak", and Porcupine Tree tends to make their songs fit by reusing chord structures, and even similar riffs. Other examples include the relation of this song to "Strip the Soul", where the bass is very similar, and in the opening track on "Signify", "Bornlivedie", you can hear a sample used from the unused track "Wake As Gun I". It all fits together quite nicely.
