F Em Dm Em
You wouldn't pile another stone upon me
Eb^ Dm Bb C
And I'd be happy just to watch you age.

And waiting in the shallows as I do
Appeases me as water slowly trickles out
Which isn't nearly fast enough for you.

TBH I didn't write this, reposted from https://strangedesign.org/chords/guitar/Phish/Rift/fastenough4u.html
Thanks for the edits though, I'll definitely make the changes.

Where you have a "Bb/D", I'm playing a Dm (either x57765 or xx0231). The Eb can be played either as Eb (x68886) or Eb/D xx0343. As in the original, the Eb/D sounds very dissonant but then resolves well into the Dm.
Maybe I'm missing something but I couldn't quite get the G/D to work. A straight G is working better for me there.

When it lingers on "stumble into view", it works to dip to a F/E, then hammer-on back to the F. Also consider the "sus" hammer-on/off embellishments, like C -> Csus2 -> C after "for you". And Csus4 after "equation". Sounds good and/or is in the original.
