Guys i love this song but what is the E/D/E thing? At first i thought it was just an E then a D then an E again but they play it so fast in the original that i now thinkt that impossible, so what are we supposed to play? Thanks in advance for any info!

The progression is A C#m D E as bar chords and not A E D E. The only open E is played leading into the chorus.
Also the E/D/E thing is confusing

Actually rubengysemans, it is just an E than a D then an E again. It takes practice, but it is possible to play them that fast! If you keep practicing you'll get it eventually.
