I believe this is the Randy Rothwell version. Paul Wilbur's version has "Who was and who is and who is to come," whereas Randy uses "There's no God like Jehovah." I like the song either way but love the Wilbur version especially! The instrumental beginning is awesome! Great video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCStkD-DL5w
