Not bad. For the most part right on except for the chorus. On the 2nd verse of the chorus (let it be and let it slide) he goes down from C# to B and then an A# variation. I play it higher on the neck and on the 6th string but if you're coming down on the 5th you could play that A# with a finger on the 1st fret on the A and the other finger on the 4th fret on the D string.

Pretty sure that this is tonally correct, but the song was recorded using open chords on the 4th fret. With the capo, the E chord would be a C chord, etc.
