I'm sure this tab is full of errors, as I'm a bit of a novice and this is my first tab.
Please feel free to point out and/or correct any errors!
I'll just flesh out the chords, you can figure out the rhythm yourselves.
You can definitely play this one a bit sloppy, à la Neil Young.

Thanks, this seems pretty accurate. Was having trouble hearing the first set of hammer-ons and pull-offs and I think you are on point or close. All of the hammer-ons and pull-offs are rather difficult, as they all require that the ring finger move freely while the other fingers are fixed. I think Nick has long fingers so it's easier for him.
Playing this with capo on 4th, using open chords, does not sound as good as the other commenter said (also you can't play the bridge), but I found that this helped me get the strumming pattern and HO/PO pattern down easier.

been trying it out myself and find the way he actually plays it quite difficult, just cant seem to play it cleanly enough due to the little finger stretching across so much, and its a lot easier with nylon strings.
But i realised if you put the capo on 4th fret, and play it the way you've tabbed, but not relevative to the capo, its a lot easier (although doesnt sound as good)
