[Verse 1]
Cadd9
Suspended in the air
G
I hear myself breathing
Cadd9
Hanging by a thread
G
My heart is barely beating
Cadd9
I haven't fallen yet
G
But I feel it comin'
Cadd9
Tell me would it be too much to ask
G
If you break it to me gently
Cadd9
That I'm waking the next day
G
Without you beside me
Cadd9
And who I hold onto today
G
Tomorrow will just be a memory
Cadd9 G
That I will look back at all of this
Cadd9
And wonder why I stayed in here
G
Just to watch you disappear
[Pre-Chorus 1]
Am G/B Cadd9
So I breathe and let you go
Am G/B Cadd9
How do I breathe and let you go?
[Chorus 1]
Cadd9
Before it's too late
G
I'll take a step away
Am
I know one word would make me go
G/B
Rushing back to you
Cadd9
So I'll just shut my eyes
G
Forget that you were mine
Am
How do you go from making one your home
G/B
And then just letting it all go
D
Let me take it in
Cadd9 G/B Am
Before it sinks in
[Verse 2]
Cadd9
Far beyond my reach
G
Is the future you promised
Cadd9
Now what I never even had
G
I have every reason to miss
Cadd9
And I don't know
G
Where I could find the strength to let you go
Cadd9
When the only life I've come to know
G Am G/B Cadd9
Packed his bags and left me alone
Am G/B Cadd9
He found another home
[Chorus 2]
Cadd9
So before it's too late
G
I'll take a step away
Am
I know one word would make me go
G/B
Rushing back to you
Cadd9
And I'll just shut my eyes
G
Forget that you were mine
Am
How do you go from making one your home
G/B
And then just letting it all go
D
Let me take it in
Cadd9 G/B Am
Before it sinks in
Cadd9 G
Ohhhhh...
Cadd9 G
Go...
Cadd9 G
Ohhhhh...
Cadd9
Go...
[Chorus 3]
Cadd9
Before it's too late
G
I'll take a step away
Am
I know one word would make me go
G/B
Rushing back to you
Cadd9
I'll just shut my eyes
G
Forget that you were mine
Am
How do you go from making one your home
G/B
And then just letting it all go
D
Let me take it in
Cadd9 G/B Am
Before it sinks in

I'm just a beginner, so I don't know much, but in my opinion, F sounds better than C9 for the parts with C9. Other than that, good chords :)

Oh my bad this is the one with a capo, sorry for the mix up

I think it should be Cadd9, not C9. Seems to be an issue of notation, not correctness! :)
