Oh sorry, I didn't realize it was your first tab...didn't mean to come off as an ass hole.

guarantee he isn't fingering it either of those ways. He is fingering b flat and F major barre chords, he is simply ephasizing those notes. For anyone who wants to play it properly simply play B flat the F major barre chords. You'll be fine.
