Nice arrangement but layout of measures is wrong. Song starts on a pickup on beat 4. So count 1 would be after the first open G when it hits the 3 notes of the C chord. The Rhythmic values under the notes is correct though regardless of layout of measures . At measure 24 on it is correct though. Just keep in mind spots like measure 5 is not a full 4/4 measure (that is just count 4 of previous measure), and measures 9 and 10 should be 1 measure. Very nice sounding arrangement though and have worked on it with my students for the new year. Happy New Year!
