The chords are C, Em, F, G, Am with a G# thrown in along the way.
If you take the capo out, then we are now in the key of EB and its Eb, Gm, Ab, Bb, Cm, with B thrown in there.
I say to put the capo on the 3rd frett because Eb, Gm, and Cm use a bar chord on the third frett
so it saves some hassle. This is why the chords become C, Em, and Am because the bar chord is made
for you by the capo.
 
This is in 3/4 time so it play it as so.
