***IMPORTANT NOTE***
 
The Fmaj7 Variant (Fm (var)) is where the chord is "2-0-1-3" on ukulele.
 
This chord has notes A-C-F-C (for other instruments) which is essentially an F chord with a C note
from the next octave.
 
 
On ukulele it's like an Fmaj7 chord but without the 3rd string, or an Fm chord with an F shape
instead of 1-0-1-3.
 
 
 
You CAN also just play a normal F or Fm chord instead of the Fmaj7/Fm and it sounds great too.
 
 
These chords can be played on any instrument. Not just limited to ukulele.
You might need to make slight variations of chords on other instruments due to how it sounds.
