Alice In Wonderland Theme Song Tab

Tab of an almost unknown song, it is the Ost of Alice in Wonderland (1998) from Burbank Film Australia.
I couldn't find tabs of it so I came up with this.
 
For the leading bass the notes are almost the same but played less times putting more emphasis on the slides.

If you like Chords, you can do this with a C  barre chord sliding the little finger.

This last part seems to me that passes from G to A than slide back in G concluding with an F but i am not
so sure; hope you can feedback to me, it will help.
