This is a song from Ashley Eriksson, but it is most recently played at the credits of
the show Adventure Time with Finn and Jake. To play the ending credits of Adventure Time,
re-word the first verse with "And the butterflies and the bees" instead of "To a town
beside the sea." I will have that version at the bottom.
Chords: D, G, Bm, A, F#7
ORIGINAL VERSION:
D G Bm
Come along with me
D G
To a town beside the sea
Bm G
We can wander through the forest
D A
And do so as we please
D G Bm
Come along with me
D A G
To a cliff under a tree
Bm G
Where we'll gaze upon the water
G A D F#7
As an everlasting dream
F#7 G
All of my affections
A D
I give them all to you
F#7 G
Maybe by next summer
D A
We won't have changed our tunes
D G Bm
I still want to be
D A G
In this town beside the sea
D G
Making up new numbers
G A D F#7
And living so merrily
F#7 G
All of my affections
A D
I give them all to you
F#7 G
I'll be here for you always
D A
And always be for you
D G Bm
Come along with me
D A G
To a town beside the sea
D G
We can wander through the forest
D G
And do so as we please
G A D
Living so merrily
ADVENTURE TIME VERSION:
D G Bm
Come along with me
D G
With the butterflies and bees
Bm G
We can wander through the forest
D A
And do so as we please

Excellent! The only thing is, I think the "Cm" is actually "Bm"
I've been playing with standard tuning though...so I dunno. Maybe that messes with it

Awesome! I think the song sounds better playing the Cm as Bm, like like Cruzan said. But still, nice work.

The "cm" is a "em"
