great tab, but a few mistakes. The C/G you mention is not right. It should be called Cadd9 since you adding 9 semi tone on to the high end string. Anyway, the famous D cord is called Dsus2. YOu can play it 3 ways. I personally won't play it your way since on the G string, you are playing a open string, which you should be playing the 3 because as you go up the frets you have to make sure that the notes are not off key, and that one is, so it should look like x54355. But since you don't have 5 fingures, you can play it XX0230 or X57755, which is a bar cord on the 5th fret played with a Asus2 shape. Other thank that, it is a brill tab and I would give it a 5!!!!

it sounds great, but i wouldn't use F#m. instead just use a run down, G G/F# Em. and C/G is played by replacing your ring finger with your little finger and the ring finger placed on the low E, 3rd fret. the rest of the C chord structure remains the same. good tab.
ps: to jedthehumanoid if he ever reads this page again, try tuning your guitar to standard. AND THEN USE THE CAPO!!!!!!

you should watch michelle branch on youtube. some live versions show you how it's played and maybe you'll figure it out. :)
