This is not spot on. Every time the bass riff hits, the last note is a semi-tone flat.
And in the "don't believe me just watch" part, the bass actually alternates between playing the D one octave lower and one octave higher.
Also, this tab completely misses the chromatic run that the bass does from C to D before hitting the pre-chorus, where the last tone actually is the first quater note of the first pre-chorus bar.
The fill on bar 100 sounds off. Also, throughout the tab in several places the bass line sounds off because the notes are either too long or too short. One should be very mindful of that because the rhythmic feeling of a riff can be ruined by this.

Continuing DeepSeaOrca's sentiments, the guitar is not 100% at all.
