Tips:
 
Strum each chord using one string at a time. For example Em should be like this:

When strumming the D chord, do it like this, and you will get a very good result

(Keep the fingering as you play it (2nd finger on the "e" string, 3rd finger on the B
and 1st finger on the 3rd string), and when instead of F# note you play G, place the 4th
as well on the 1st string. I hope this makes sense :P )
