the intro is not wrong but it can be played differently and brad does play it on one string but if you play it like in this tab youre still hitting the same notes but youre just picking them instead, its your personal choice

in total guitar this month brad delson says that he uses drop d and standard mainly, but sometimes dropped to C# good tab (Y)

lps new album is in drop D, not drop db like their other stuff.
