Yeah it's not that hard but these tabs are primarily for people who can't figure them out/just started bassing.
And to be hounest, this is about all he does live.

There's clearly not more bass in it that this, though.
He's got it all right. The notes are 100% and maybe for any newbies he could've put in the timing for the jumpy sounding bit in the second verse on the F but it's not like it's hard.
Jared plays all the C notes on the third fret A string by the way, he doesn't go up to the eight on the E :)

I like that there is discussion on pick or no pick in commenting on the strength of a tab lol I used my fingers in two of my previous cover bands but not in my original bands and the two recent cover bands I have been in I needed to use a pick because there is more attack and only having one guitarist most or all of the time makes the sound a little fuller and clearer great job on the tab btw I usually only use tab as a quick reference anyway as I add my own flare to the songs I play so 100% correctness is not as important to me as key note accuracy.
