In the verse first chord is Am/C (x32210), than Dm/Dsus4(or sus2), G can be played like G7/G7sus4 and in the end of the verse you can add little change between Am and Asus4. About F chord - i think it's Dm/F. The outro is Am/C - F6/C (x33230) two times and then hold Am/C.
WHAT AN AMAZING TUNE!!!

Those F chords in the choruses are Dm chords instead. Otherwise great tab.

Just a personal opinion, but I think E7 actually sounds really good in this song in place of Em. It's a really good transition chord between verse and chorus and generally adds a bit more complexity to the sound than Em. The only time I leave the Em is during the line "So there's nothing left to say" during the chorus.
Obviously, play it however you like. :-) I figured I'd just share this for anyone else who might like E7 better than Em.
