The F chord is super random in this song. Whether I'm playing an F or the Fmaj7sus2 throughout the
whole track really just depends on whether or not I was pressing down on the G string or fuckin
around with hammer-ons and shit everytime I played the chord. Same goes for jumping between an open
G chord as I notated it, or playing it as a barre. Trust, it looks more cooked than it is. Using
real chord names always makes things look more intimidating. If it does pose a challenge a lot of
it is just flair really, fuck around with it to make it more comfortable.
As long as you're playin C Dm F G in the first half and C F Am G in the second half you already
pretty much know it.

[Verse]
C Dm F
I'm sending out a message of distress
G C
My patience has run thin
Dm F
And as a consequence, I guess
G
As has my conviction
C Dm F G
I've been seeing visions of a Revelations nature
C Dm F G
And I'd wager that we ain't about to make it past the Rapture
C Dm F G
C Dm F G
C Dm F
And I sought refuge in stormwater drains
G C
Unlearned the old traditions
Dm F G
That have acted as an anchor attached to our ankles
C Dm F
Found the angles that project our lines to intersect
G C
If only for a second
Dm F G
Read the wisdom left embedded in the remnants, said
[Bridge]
C5 F5
If we weaponise this pain
A5 G5 C5 F5
We may lay waste to a hundred of these guilty men
A5 G5
Restore the ship before we sink
C5 F5
And start again
A5 G5
When we laugh we get more sick
C5 F5 A5
Oh, so it goes, so it goes
G C
So it goes, so it goes

So if those guilty men
Am G
Remain amongst the living
C F
Things will never change
Am G
When we laugh we get more sick
C F
And if things stay the same
Am G
When we laugh we get more sick
C F
Then throughout all our days
