Props to Abe who helped me out a bit <3.
Not a 100% sure but it sounds pretty ok. Also not sure about the song title, it's new
and I recorded it at a concert and really couldn't see the chords.
Welcome to all comments so I can correct. Thanks <3.

E E/C# A B7

Oh it beggars the belief sometimes what thieves we lovers be
Progression x 1 (E E/C# A B7)
E E/C# A B7
Oh I don't know who you're with these days might be with someone new
E E/C# A B7
And if you are I hope he treats you like a lover ought to do

E E/C# A B7
I've got a new lover now I hope you've got a lover too
Progression x 4 (E E/C# A B7)
E E/C# A B7
Praise the water under bridges praise the time we say we'll heal

And she loves them cause she never needs to tell me what they mean
Progression x 1 (E E/C# A B7)
E E/C# A B7
I got a new lover now I know that she's not mine

Can't speak for the chords yet but just a couple of lyric corrections at least according to the album version.
"There are things I will not sing for the sting of sour notes."
"Praise the water under bridges the time they say will heal"
Now I just want to try out your chords! Thanks.

Thanks for the comment. I wasn't sure on all the lyrics when putting it together. I put this tab up a long while before the studio release, when he just started playing it on tour and was fortunate enough to see it. Recently I received his songbook as part of a deluxe package that is supposed to accompany the studio release (I highly recommend you get them btw) and it's listed as capo @ 4, almost identical to what waterz commented. Anyway I hope you find one of the versions to your liking :)

Hey!
Might be easier played with Capo 4 - C->F->G->C
Cheers for the song,
