The third chord should be F#m, not Bm.

The third chord is undoubtedly an F#m, and if I am not mistaken i believe that the chords stay the same during the little break where he goes into a distorted electric guitar riff. It's just a different style/melody. Or at least that is what I hear. And to the two players above me who are wondering when they should change chords it isn't very difficult to listen to the song and pick up on the change in the sounds behind the lyrics which is typically a chord, and thus a chord change once the sound becomes different. Not everything in music will be spelled out for you. There's a reason why musicians are said to be creative.
