Great work! Almost 100%. You should play the CMAJ7 barred at the third fret, then it is an easy (and more correct) to move down to Bm7 on the 2nd fret barred and down again to Am7. Also, the end chord run G-F-Em-F/D (F/D is more aptly named Dm7) is doubled or played descending on the bottom three strings from 7th fret - 5th fret - 3rd fret - 1st fret. The shapes would be D shape - D shape - G shape - G shape, respectively. Check it out!

This a fantastic tab I agree with the comment about semantics but it sounds great. With the chord barring iimgijoe recommended I was able to play right along with the music.
