for the lyrics 'when all my faith has gone' in the first verse, and the corresponding points in the other verses, the chord changes should go G, E (maybe E7) , F. No Am in there. Apart from that, spot on :)

@electricsaint06: The strumming pattern for the verses is a very soft, slow [up, down-up] for each chord (unless you pick it, which I think is better, especially if it's for a certain someone!) and the chorus is [down, down-up-down-up-down] for two chords(i.e. G=down,down-up, then C=-down-up-down, then the same with F and C).
On the bridge, I think it's[DOWN-down-DOWN-down] 7 times. The capitals mean a harder strum than normal, to keep the beat.
