You're right, zscottyz.
It seems that Jack shifts between the two different ways of playing the verse, i.e. he plays your version first, than my version second, and then back to your version. Listen to the song and you'll figure it out.
I'm not sure about the solo part though. After careful listening, I came up to this:

He goes 1....0....1 with his thumb. It's very hard to hear the first two times....but the third time it's very clear. His thumb is going 1...0....1.
I teach guitar for a living and sit down with these a lot. You've done a great job on this tab. But I think what Scotty said about the intro and what I've said here should be considered. I'm about 100% sure they are correct.
