To get it to work with my limited vocal range I had it capoed high up the fret board. On my £15 guitar it puts some chords such as C#m out of tune.
So I transpose it up from E to G, so the verse goes G-C-G-C. And the chorus begins with Am-D. Works really nicely and is easier to play IMO.
